How can I request a refund?

We aim to process refund requests as quickly as possible, but the time it takes for the funds to return to your account depends on your bank.

Refund Eligibility #

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused services or partial months.
  • Forgetting to cancel your subscription before renewal.

We do consider refunds if:

  • You were double charged for the same billing period.
  • You accidentally set up a second subscription under a different account.
  • You previously cancelled your subscription from your account area, but were still charged.

Refund Processing Time #

  • Our support team is not available 24/7, so it may take a few days to respond to your refund request.
  • Once approved, we process refunds immediately on our end.
  • For most UK banks, refunds appear in your account within minutes after processing.
  • For some banks, it may take up to 10 working days – unfortunately, we have no control over this delay.
  • Once your refund has been processed, you will automatically receive a refund receipt as confirmation.
