If you are a registered advertiser and wish to cancel your account and stop billing, follow the steps below.

Please note: We don’t process cancellations by email, you must cancel your account from your account area if you don’t want to be charged after the end of your billing cycle.

Cancel Your Subscription #

To cancel your subscription and stop billing:

1. Log in to Your Account.
2. Click on your Profile dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
3. Select Payments.
4. Find your active subscription and click View.
5. Click Cancel.

Once cancelled, you will no longer be billed, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You can continue to promote your business until the end of your current billing cycle.
