The Hustle Community is a group of 40,000 performers all over the UK. 

As such, most of our group members are self employed or freelancers. This means that temp work, promo work and other freelance gigs are perfect for the group because they support our members’ primary profession which is performing. Allowing them to go to auditions or work on the side between performing jobs. 

Full time positions are not really a good fit for our members and we certainly discourage full time jobs being promoted through the group as it contravenes the spirit of the group which is to support our members in their performing careers. 

The one exception to that is performing jobs like teaching on a more permanent basis or sometimes joining a school or owning your own franchise as these are opportunities that our community sometimes like to consider.
